GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Primer based on hard, quick-drying alkyd resins. It provides the perfect substrate for enamels, especially when used on metallic or wooden surfaces. It can also be used for wall pretreatment as it insulates and covers patches, spots, stains, etc. Primer for Metallic Surfaces produces an excellent surface for finishing with any type of final paint, offering exceptional adhesion, whiteness and hiding power. At the same time, it combines good brushability, excellent levelling, easy sanding and resistance to sagging.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free from rust, dust and grease. Remove flaking paint from previously painted surfaces. Then, apply one or two coats of Vitex's Primer for Metallic Surfaces. When the coating is thoroughly dry, sand with an appropriate abrasive paper to produce a smooth surface, remove the dust and then apply the final finish.
